Juicy spare ribs, Tyrolean Gröstl or an "Alpine Burger". Sounds good? These are just some of the highlights on the menu at the Zirben-Alm. We have dishes for all tastes, from sweet to savoury, healthy to hearty. Max und Marie prepare their dishes with produce sourced from the local region and local farmers. Bon appétit - or, as we say here in Tyrol: "Mahlzeit"!
Traditional food at the Zirben-Alm: Everybody knows that the way to a man's (or, indeed, a woman's) heart is through his (or her!) stomach. We have gathered together all the recipes their grandmothers used to cook and fused them with a touch of creativity to create something truly unique. Beef tatar, bacon dumplings, goulash soup and steamed sweet poppy seed noodles with vanilla sauce are some of the most popular dishes at the Zirben-Alm.
